Shipping policy


Thanks for shopping with Bloom. This policy explains how we ship the Bloom Portable Blender, how long it takes to arrive, and what to do if something goes wrong. Please read it before placing your order so you know what to expect.

Where We Ship

Bloom currently ships to addresses within the United States only. This includes the 50 states, but does not include international addresses, APO/FPO boxes, or US territories at this time. If you place an order with an address we cannot ship to, we will contact you to refund the order.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no promo code required. Shipping is included in the product price, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. There are no surprise charges, handling fees, or shipping fees added later.

Delivery Timeframe

This is the most important section, so please read it carefully.

Your order goes through two stages:

  • Processing time: 2-3 business days for roughly 90% of orders. This is the time it takes for our fulfillment partner to pick, pack, and hand your order to the carrier.
  • Transit time: 10-15 business days from the day your order ships to the day it arrives at your door.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: about 13-18 business days.

This is not 2-day Amazon shipping. We are a small operation that ships from an international fulfillment partner, which is how we are able to keep the price low and shipping free. If you need a blender in 48 hours, Bloom is not the right choice. If you can wait a couple of weeks, you will get a great product at a great price.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Where Your Order Ships From

Bloom orders are fulfilled by an international fulfillment partner located overseas. We do not currently warehouse inventory in the US. Orders are shipped via CJPacket Sensitive, which hands off to USPS for final delivery to your address.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number along with a link to follow your package. Tracking updates can take 2-5 business days to begin reflecting movement after your order ships, especially while the package transitions between the international carrier and USPS. This is normal — please be patient before assuming something is wrong.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder, then email us at support@bloomblender.com.

Customs and Duties

For shipments to US addresses valued under $800, packages are generally not subject to customs duties or import taxes under US de minimis rules. Your Bloom order at $44.99 falls well under this threshold. You should not be charged any customs fees on delivery.

Expedited Shipping

We do not currently offer expedited, express, or priority shipping. Standard free shipping is the only option available at checkout.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

You can request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. This includes:

  • Changing your shipping address
  • Correcting a typo in your name or address
  • Canceling the order entirely

To request a change, email support@bloomblender.com with your order number and the change you need. After 24 hours, your order has entered fulfillment and cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted. If your address is incorrect after the 24-hour window, you are responsible for the order, and we cannot guarantee a replacement if the package is delivered to the wrong address or returned undeliverable.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows the package has not arrived and it has been more than 18 business days since your order was placed, email support@bloomblender.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier.

If tracking confirms the package was not delivered, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at your choice. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.

If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot find it, please:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Look around the property (porch, side door, mailbox area)
  • Contact your local USPS office with the tracking number

We are not able to refund or replace packages that tracking confirms as delivered, but we will help you open a carrier investigation where possible.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not included with your order. The lost package protection above is offered as a courtesy by Bloom and is limited to the terms described.
